STEP 01
Design
All of our windbreaks and pet enclosures are stored as CAD files, allowing us to reproduce them with perfect accuracy every time.
If you choose a bespoke or custom windbreak or pet enclosure, we can provide 3D designs of the customisable features before manufacturing. This gives you complete peace of mind that your product will be exactly how you want it.
Cutting

STEP 02

Preparation
Once the fabric is cut, it moves into our preparation stage. This is where we prepare the fabric for the seamstress. We carefully check for any additional marks or faults that may have been caused during the cutting process. If you have placed an order for a custom windbreak, we also cross-check everything against our diagrams to ensure it is accurate before moving on to the next stage.
Sewing
Our team of seamstresses has decades of experience across multiple industries. We only use the highest quality thread, including V138 Outdoor Pro polyester, along with professional sewing techniques to ensure a durable, high-quality finish.
STEP 04
STEP 05
Assembly & Shipping
Once your windbreak or pet enclosure has been sewn together, we assemble everything for you, so there is no need for you to install any of the fittings yourself. We fully build your product to ensure everything is working as it should before shipment. Once we are happy that everything has been completed to our standards, your product will be carefully packaged and shipped.
