All of our products are made to order based on the information provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details, including sizes, colours, and custom requirements, are correct at the time of ordering.
3. Pricing
Prices for standard products are listed on our website. Custom or bespoke orders will be quoted individually based on the requirements provided. All prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed upon before production begins. Orders may not be processed until payment or a deposit has been received.
5. Lead Times
All products are made to order. Estimated lead times are typically 7–10 working days, but may vary depending on order volume and custom requirements. Custom designs may take longer. We will always aim to complete orders as quickly as possible.
6. Delivery
Once your order is completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier. Hayson Windbreaks is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
8. Warranty
We offer a 10-year warranty on all poles, fittings, and components supplied with your product. If any part is faulty, we will replace it free of charge.
Fabric is covered separately by the manufacturer’s warranty.
9. Product Use
Our products are designed for outdoor use. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is used correctly and safely. Hayson Windbreaks is not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or extreme weather conditions.
10. Custom Orders
Custom and bespoke designs are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be returned unless faulty. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
